Clean, quiet, excellent location , close to U-Bahn station. Nice room, good bed, working heaters. Cozy lobby with free internet and Christmas treats. Polite and helpful staff who can communicate in German or English. Secure access to hotel after 11 pm. Good breakfast and nautical theme.

The location of the hotel is ideal for adventuring around the city. Being close to the Landungsbruecken subway station, we had easy access to all parts of the city. Not to mention, the hotel is conveniently located near the water taxi, making it a breeze to explore the beautiful waterfront. the hotel is situated in a vibrant area, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars, giving us a plethora of dining options to choose from after a long day of exploring.
The reception staff seemed a bit aloof, which didn't give us a warm and welcoming first impression.

I had a great stay at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the value for money is exceptional. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail. The hotel is located in the heart of the Portuguese district, surrounded by cozy restaurants and bars. It's a perfect spot for anyone looking to explore the touristic area. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were well-maintained and had a nice bathroom. I particularly loved the naval atmosphere and the safe in the wardrobe. Additionally, breakfast was included, which was a nice touch.
All was fine, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a lively neighborhood close to Landungsbrucken and just next to the promenade on the port. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean bedrooms and a lovely balcony. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of both hot and cold options.
Couldn't stay longer.
